I'm trying to learn how to use OpenMP. I parallelized a small part of a project I was doing (using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005), but when I tried to run it on any computer other than the one I compiled it on, I got the message, "This application has failed to start becaues the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." If I compile without using OpenMP, the project runs without a problem.

Googling told me to use vcomp.dll, which I added to the project folder (I also added vcompd.dll, even though I compiled in release mode), but I got the same error. Are there any other dlls I need to include? Anything else I might be overlooking?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

EDIT: The problem is solved by installing the VS2005 redistributable package. If anyone knows precisely what dlls might have been missing, though, I'd still be interested. Thanks.
